‘Victini and Zekrom’ To Play on Cartoon Network in February

According to the Pokemon the Movie website, Victini and Zekrom will be shown on Cartoon Network sometime in February. The movie previously played in theaters during the first weekend of December. Both Victini and Zekrom and Victini and Reshiram will be released together on DVD April 3rd.

New Forme for Kyurem Officially Hinted At?

The bimonthly issue of CoroCoro magazine, Bessatsu CoroCoro, was just released in Japan has unveiled a new advertisement for the 15th movie which contains two eyebrow-raising captions: “What mystery is hidden in Kyurem?” and “Kyurem’s unseen power will be revealed!” If the statements are referring to anything, it’s obviously a new forme for Kyurem that will debut in the movie (like Giratina in Shaymin). By extension, this means we’ll probably get our “Pokemon Gray” this next year and then the Ruby and Sapphire remakes in 2013 (for their 10th anniversary, like with HG/SS). Still no word yet on when Keldeo will be revealed, but going by previous patterns, we will probably see it by February, then Kyurem’s new forme, and then the announcement for “Pokemon Gray” in April or May (all of this assuming that Pokemon is going to stick to the same patterns and that it’s not going to throw us some sort of curve ball).

More BW5 Tid-Bits

Some new preliminary information has surfaced concerning BW5, Dragon Blade and Dragon Blast, which will be released in Japan on March 16th. The set will contain a new Special Energy, which one can predict to be "Dragon Energy," though this is not confirmed yet. If this prediction is true, this will be similar to when Darkness and Metal-type Pokemon first appeared in Neo Genesis with Special Energy versions of their type. It was not until many years later the TCG saw basic Energy of those types, though. (Though who knows, we could get both this time!) The Hydreigon and Garchomp 30-card decks will each come with the new Special Energy and Rare Candy.

A product order sheet, pictured at the bottom of this post , has revealed that when you buy a booster box of BW5, you will receive a holo Ninetales promo card. The Ninetales will most likely be in the set with alternate artwork as with the past few sets. Why not give us a Dragon-type Pokemon as the promo?! Maybe because the promo information has to be revealed early, and doing so would spoil what the new Dragon-type card template looks like.

Pokemon card overview : Kyurem

Overview:
Today's Pokemon card review is on a Kyurem from the Noble Victories card set. This card is a basic, Water type Pokemon with an Hp of 130. This Pokemon does not have any ability , but it does have 2 moves.The first move is outrage . Outrage does 20 damage plus 10 more damage for each damage counter on Kyurem . Outrage can be use if Kyurem has 2 colorless energies attached to it . The seconde move is Glaciate . For only 2 water energies and 1 colorless enery , you can do 30 damage to each of your opponents pokemon . It has a weakness steel type pokemon . It has no resistance , but its retreat is 2 colorless energies .
Price Range:
On poke order, this card goes for about 25 dollars, on professor oak, this card goes for about 18 dollars, and on ebay, this card has gone for about 15 dollars , on troll and toad , this card is 17.99. So it is the most expesive cards in this set.

Ranking:
I would give this card a 4.5/5. My reasoning for this rating is because this card has a high Hp, and can get rid of some of your opponent's Pokemon, even though there on the bench, using Glaciate. Plus this card has a great retreat cost for this pokemon .

‘Mewtwo Collection Box’ in February

A new “Mewtwo Collection Box” is set for release on February 8th, the day Next Destinies comes out. It will come with a jumbo Mewtwo-EX card, a holo Battle City promo card, a Mewtwo figurine, and three Next Destinies booster packs. Unfortunately, a normal-sized Mewtwo-EX will not be included.

English Movie 14 DVDs To Be Released April 3rd

According to a new product listing on Amazon.com, the English dubs of Victini and Zekrom and Victini and Reshiram will be released together as a two-disk DVD set on April 3rd in America. Amazon lists the price as $13.99, which is about the same price as the past few movies. Therefore, this release will undoubtedly be handled in the same manner where the movies are merely thrown into a cheap DVD case and with absolutely no special features or anything else that requires a bit of effort to include. No word yet on whether or not the movies will be released on Blu-Ray despite Japan having the option.

Jump Festa Reveals Shocking New Spinoff Game: ‘Pokemon + Nobunaga’s Ambition’

Breaking news! The Jump Festa trade show has just unveiled a new Pokemon crossover game: Pokemon + Nobunaga's Ambition. The DS game will be released in spring 2012 and is a collaboration between The Pokemon Company and Koei, the makers of Nobunaga's Ambition.

Nobunaga's Ambition is actually a RPG that is on multiple gaming platforms in Japan - according to Wikipedia, "Nobunaga's Ambition is a series of turn-based grand strategy role-playing simulation video games, first released in 1983 by the Japanese video game developer Koei. Nobunaga's Ambition takes place during the Sengoku period of feudal Japan. As the title suggests, the player is tasked with achieving the ultimate goal of warlord Oda Nobunaga: the conquest and unification of Japan. Selecting Oda Nobunaga is optional, however, as the player is also able to choose from a variety of other regional daimyos of the time."

Obviously, this new DS game will use the above premise but with a Pokemon theme. It seems that it will be a Pokemon game that takes place in the past with ancient Pokemon Trainers, as you can see in the official game artwork below. The male and female players will start out with Eevee - they are the boy and girl in the pictures below. The names of the "bushou," or military soldiers, are Oichi (the girl with the Jigglypuff), Mitsuhide (Articuno), Shingen (Groudon), and Kenshin (Mewtwo). As was already obvious, Nobunaga is the man with Zekrom. The official website promises that more bushou will be revealed in January. The region the game will take place in is called "Ranse."

A video promoting the game is also on display at Jump Festa, as you can see below. My friend has translated its narration, which says, "Sharing your heart with Pokemon... bushou (military commanders) with hearts connected to Pokemon... a time when he (Nobunaga) held 17 castles... the Legend of Ranse, resurrected... the war of bushou and Pokemon begins!"
The image to the right contains actual screenshots from the game; in the top left screenshot, you can see various stats. From this information, it appears your success as a Pokemon Trainer determines your "military rank" within the game. Gin has translated the screenshot in the top left as "Power: 60, Intelligence: 60, Charm: 65, Containers: 4, Specialty: Normal (referring to a Pokemon's type), Military Power: Full Speed, Tool: Potion." The two bubbles in the screenshot say, "Instant move up" and "20 HP restored." The next screenshot with the girl and Eevee says "Let's go!" The final screenshot with the Piplup is how the overworld will look and says, "The water gate opened."

As you can see in the game screenshots below, it appears you manipulate your Pokemon on the field, sort of like in Pokemon Ranger. You can order them to fire attacks and whatnot. The full extent of this system is currently unknown, as is the game's overall goal. Other than what is posted here, we literally know nothing else about the game at this time, but hopefully more information will be revealed within the next month on Pokemon Smash and in CoroCoro magazine.

New rules for the random match-up will start December 27 . Right now you cant use Sky Drop . But starting dec . 27 you cant use Dark Void . Dark Void is learned by Darkrai and Smergle . So y ok u might have to change your team a bit .

New game to be reveled for 2012

Yes , a new pokemon game will be reveled by CoroCoro on January , 14 , 2012 . Corocoro is a Japanness , so we might get it the night before . CoroCoro is saying it will be an announcement worth the wait. Hopfully it will be a good game such as grey , RSE remake , or 6th gen .

The new set that comes out in Febuary will feature new EX cards . Hint hint , nEXt . And it will feature Mewtwo EX , Kyurem EX , Shaymin EX , Regigiges EX , Groudon EX Kyogre EX, and those will be be in Full Art version ,TOO . Zekrom EX and Reshiram EX that were feature in the jappannes battle stranth decks will be in our next TCG. Zekrom , Reshiram , AND Kyerum will be in a promo tin with their respected EX cards . It will have atleast 4 packs , a tcg code card , the promo card ( of coarse ) , and maybe a fiuger . Like the zekrom , reshiram , emboar , victini and more . Cant wait .

When BW4 Dark Rush is released on December 16th, a blister pack will also hit store shelves containing four booster packs of the set and a holo Umbreon promo. The Umbreon will be in the main set, but with alternate artwork. We'll post its translation once Bangiras comes online, so check back later! The blister pack will cost 630 yen, or about $8.
